ช่วงที่ผ่านมามีประเด็น พูดกันในวง SPORTS CARDS เกี่ยวกับ "คราบ" ที่มีลักษณะ เหมือน รอยน้ำ " แต่ เรื่องจริงคืออะไร ???" เรามาทำความรู้จัก เพื่อนใหม่กันในบทความนี้

"NEWTON RING" คือ ชื่อเรียกที่ทาง บริษัท PSA ที่เป็น อันดับ1ในการเกรดการ์ด และ บริษัทอื่นๆ ใช้ในการเรียกลักษณะแบบนี้

ซึ่งลักษณะที่เกิดขึ้น คือ เหมือนมีคราบน้ำ,ดูเหมือนเปียก อยู่ด้านในกรอบ ซึ่งอาการนี้ทาง PSA บอกว่ามันคือภาพลวงตา
มีบทความใน Blogของ PSA อธิบายคร่าวๆได้ว่า เป็นอาการที่เกิดจาก การแนบสนิดของ"พื้นผิวมันเรียบ" ทั้ง2ด้าน และ "ไม่ได้ทำให้เกิดความเสียหาย กับตัวการ์ด ภายใน แต่อย่างใด"

และอาการนี้จะเกิดขึ้นกับ Sports Cards ที่มีความหนาเกิน35pt ในการ์ดSports บางซีรี่ย์เท่านั้น ซึ่ง การ์ดเกมส์ และการ์ดสะสมทั่วๆไปยังไม่พบอาการนี้

ที่ ทาง PSA มีการเปรียบเหมือน "ภาพลวงตา" เพราะ หากมีการแกะหรือแคร๊ก กรอบ ออก "NEWTON RING จะหายไป " และไม่เหลือร่องรอยใดๆทั้งบนตัวการ์ดและด้านในกรอบ และไม่ทำอันตรายกับตัวการ์ดแต่อย่างใด

ตามที่บอกไว้ข้างต้น อาการนี้จะเกิดขึ้นกับ Sports Cards ที่มีความหนาเกิน35pt ในการ์ดSports บางซีรี่ย์เท่านั้น เนื่องจาก ตัวการ์ด มีการใช้การเคลือบผิวที่หนาแตกต่างกันในแต่ละซีรี่ย์

เนื่องจาก Slot ช่องใส่การ์ด ของ SQC ทำมาPerfect Fit สำหรับการ์ดที่มีความหนา 35PT เช่นเดียวกับ PSA

หาก การ์ดที่มีความหนา 55-75pt สามารถเกรดและ อัดกรอบได้ แต่ก็อาจจะมีโอกาศได้พบเจอ เพื่อนใหม่คนนี้ ที่ชื่อว่า "NEWTON RING" นะคร้าบ

แต่สบายใจได้ เพราะเพื่อนคนนี้ไม่มีอันตรายใดๆกับตัวการ์ดอย่างแน่นอน

TEMPLATE LABEL คือ ..การเลือกรูปแบบLABEL(ป้าย)
แบบสำเร็จรูปที่ทางSQCออกแบบไว้ ซึ่งแต่ละลาย ไม่ได้จำกัดว่าจะต้องใช้กับการ์ดใบไหน สามารถเลือกได้ตามความชอบและเหมาะสม
__ขั้นตอนการเลือก__

1.เมนูจะแยกออกมาจากแพคเกจปรกติ
(ในช่วงแรกจะจำกัดจำนวนแพคเกจไว้น้อยนิดนึงเพื่อทดสอบระบบและการทำงานของทีมงาน)
**ซึ่งในเมนูนี้จะมีเมนูย่อย
เป็น "อัลบั้มรวมรูปแบบลวดลาย" อยู่ด้านล่าง

2.ไม่จำเป็นต้องเลือกลาย ขณะกดแพคเกจ
ทีมงานsetเป็นระบบนี้ เพราะ บางท่านรอการ์ด หรือยังไม่แน่ใจว่าจะส่งใบไหน หรือต้องการลายไหน
หากท่านกดแพคเกจแล้ว ค่อยเลือก ลายก็ทำได้
เพราะ หลังจากกดแพคเกจแล้วท่านจะได้ หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ ซึ่งจะนำไปกรอกในแบบฟอร์ม

*โดยมีการแยกแบบฟอร์มออกมาจากแบบฟอร์มปรกติ

เป็นแบบฟอร์ม ของผู้ที่กดซื้อ Template Label เท่านั้น
ในแบบฟอร์มจะมีให้กรอก ชื่อ/รุ่น/รายละเอียดต่างๆของการ์ดตามปรกติ

**แต่จะมีช่องให้กรอก หมายเลขรูปแบบLabelที่เลือกไว้ด้วย ซึ่ง ท่านสามารถเลือกลายที่ต้องการและนำมาใส่ลงในแบบฟอร์ม ก่อนจะแพคและส่งการ์ดมาได้

**หมายเหตุ**
รูปแบบลวดลายที่เลือกแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ภายหลัง กรุณาพิจารณาให้ดี ก่อนส่งแบบฟอร์ม

"รอยนิ้วมือ ปัญหาใหญ่ กว่าที่คิด "

หลายๆท่านคงทราบแล้วว่า การ์ดแต่ละชนิดจะใช้กระดาษต่างกัน
ที่จะพูดถึงคือ pokemon eng.ver ที่ใช้กระดาษ และการเคลือบต่างจากฝั่งasia ยิ่งหากดูจากผิวแล้ว การ์ดด้านหลังของeng.ver จะสากและหยาบไม่มีการสะท้อนของแสง
เหมือนชั้นเคลือบมีน้อยมาก
ปัญหารอยนิ้วมือ เป็นปัญหาใหญ่ ของeng.ver
เพราะเหงื่อสามารถทำให้เกิดร่องรอยบนการ์ดแบบที่ลบไม่ได้เนื่องจากชั้นเคลือบที่บาง เหงื่อเลยทำปฏิกิริยากับชั้นสีโดยตรง
ทำให้ไม่สามารถเช็ครอยนิ้วมือออกได้หมด จะยังคงเป็นรอยบางๆอยู่ ซึ่งไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้
วิธีป้องกัน สวมถุงมือ หรือทำความสะอาดมือและทำให้มือแห้ง ก่อนจับทุกครั้ง
และพยายามใส่สลีฟตลอดเวลา หากมีความจำเป็นต้องถอดสลีฟ หรือ หากเปิดจากซอง ควรจับแค่ช่วงสัน(ขอบ)เบาๆ และรีบใส่ในสลีฟจะดีที่สุด

การเลือก sleeves (สลีฟ)(ซองใส)สำคัญมากๆ

ผิวการ์ดทั้ง foil ,holo ,รวมถึงการ์ดที่มีผิวมัน
หากใช้สลีฟ ที่ไม่มีคุณภาพ
อาจจะเกิดการหลุดลอกของผิวหน้าได้
(อาจจะมองด้วยตาเปล่ายากแต่พอมองได้)
การเลือก สลีฟ ควรเลือก ที่ มีระบุ Non pvc / Acid Free
ไม่กรอบหรือแข็งจนเกินไป ซึ่งอาจจะทำให้เกิดการขูดขีดตอนสวมใส่ได้
หรือตัวเลือกสลีฟที่มีแบรนด์ก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดี อาจจะแพงขึ้นอีกนิดหน่อย แต่คุ้มกว่าการ์ดเสียหายแน่นอน
